Act and Performer Proposals

2024 Applications are open (April 2024)

Thank you for your interest in the Eastern North Carolina Renaissance Festival. ENCRF accepts performance proposals for both the stage and for the village lanes.
Please complete the following application and share with us, be as detailed as possible:

A detailed description of the performance concept or act. Include character(s) summary, and as much detail about the act as possible; and,
A detailed description of preferred staging or technical needs (including space requirements, need for access to electricity, need for audio equipment, need for prop storage, etc.).

A general green room area for performers will be provided. Props, materials and set pieces are the requirement of the performer to secure at the event site. General onsite security will be provided and we plan to have stage managers at every main stage to support performers' needs. Once we have received your application, we will be in contact.
