Our event marketplace offers many opportunities for vendors with unique handmade wares to sell and delicious food to eat* and unique libations**. Should your application be accepted and you are contracted for the event, you would have to provide your own structure*** (tent/table) dressed to best fit our "Renaissance" theme. While this is not required, it is absolutely admired.
Vendor spaces are $200 per spot and typically 10x10. Potential vendors must receive approval from the event before purchasing a vendor booth. Upon approval, an ENCRF event manager will contact you and give you a unique code to purchase a booth space in a designated area on our site.
ENCRF will never ask you to pay over the phone or ask you for your information over the phone.
*If you are selling food, you must be a licensed food vendor and if you have not served food in Lenoir County before you must contact the Lenoir Co. Health Department after confirmation of your accepted vendor application.
**If you are selling alcohol you will need your own individual serving permit and servers. Alcohol at this event can be served Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm and Sunday after 12pm-5:30pm. This event follows the laws and rules of the ABC Commission of North Carolina.
****Vendor space in our marketplace tent is limited and by request only - first come first serve. This event runs for one weekend. Vendor application forms must be completed and submitted for review. Please follow the instructions in the application. Vendor spaces are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you must let us know that you cannot attend so that we can try to fill your space. If you fail to notify us, you will not be permitted to be a vendor with us at future events.
Electricity availability is also limited on our site and must be requested (with a clear reason why) in your application in the section, "Description of booth needs".
