Our event marketplace offers many opportunities for vendors with unique handmade wares to sell. Should your application be accepted and you are contracted for the event, you would have to provide your own structure* (tent/table) dressed to best fit our "Renaissance" theme. While this is not required, it is absolutely admired: an award for the "best dressed" vendor space will be awarded the weekend of the event. Recommendations for how to style your structure and create your own costume will be provided prior to the event.
Vendor space is $150.00 per spot. Spaces are typically 10x10. Upon review of your application, we will follow up with you via email with confirmation and payment information. ENCRF will never ask you to pay over the phone or ask you for your information over the phone.

**If you are selling alcohol you will need your own individual serving permit and servers. Alcohol at this event can be served Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm and Sunday after 12pm-5:30pm. This event follows the laws and rules of the ABC Commission of North Carolina.

The decision as to who we can accept to fill the spaces available will be based on the quality of your craft and how your work fits into the current offerings at the Festival. If you aren’t sure your product is acceptable, the best way to find out is to submit your application. The Festival also encourages exhibitors who can produce appropriately themed designed booths.
